Support runs from month to month. You can cancel it in the customer portal or by email at the end of the current billing month. Unused correction time expires at the end of the month. You can find the details in the AGB.
The time we spend fixing accessibility barriers on your website: understanding, correcting, and testing. For example, an unlabeled form field, a missing focus style after an update, or alt texts for new images.
The monthly check, the reporting office, and maintaining your accessibility statement are included on top and do not count toward this time. If a correction takes longer, we will tell you the estimated effort in advance and only get started after your go-ahead.
Support covers new pages, new products, and updates. A new theme, a new shop, or a relaunch go beyond routine corrections.
In that case, we talk to you first to clarify the scope. Usually, a new audit is the right approach—the Basis-Audit or the BFSG-Prüfung of the entire website—followed by remediation at a fixed price. If you have us fix the barriers, we credit the full cost of the audit.
Because we can only stand behind websites whose exact state we know. After remediation, we know the theme, page builder, plugins, and every fix, and the final check shows the baseline. Without this baseline, a fixed monthly price would not be feasible.
